Whats your opinions on this kit and will it actually imrove braking at all?

that's not going to change braking at all, it's just a 5-lug conversion.

that one sucks i have it and your limited on the wheels you choose because sinc the hub and rotor are one piece the greese cap sticks out so far you cant run any of the cool ford rims without spacers
