Default two hoses??

well its been a while sence i psted (just started college WOOHOO) anyways i need to know what the 2 little hoses that go to the intkae manifold plenum are for, there is a red nad a green one. i ask cause mine melted..... what do i need to replace them with and there uses?




ps- have a huge issue with a misfire but my plug wires are getting melted at the boots, is it arcing from there maybe??? i just ordered new msd wires, cao adnd plugs and i PRAY that takes car of it cause than my car will be in running order again

i'm not positive it's the same on a sn-95 car but one goes to your FPR and the other goes to a vacuum plug on the pass side which controls the egr and the air diverrter and bypass valves. And I'm also assuming that you are talking about the 2 lines that are behind the intake near the PCV valve.....

well on my car they run on the passanger side on near the head.
