Default I'm Frustated

Well fellas...I need all your help that I can possibly get. Ever since doing my intake swap my idle has been screwy. If I rev it in neutral it takes a long time to get back down to normal idle (which now is 1400 RPMS[:@]). When I am driving and let off on the throttle it is just staying at the same speed. I don't even need to use the throttle in first gear anymore. Also when I push in the clutch the RPMS go well above 2000RPMS and stick until I put it into desired gear. I have checked everywhere and there is NO leaks. I ran codes and here is what I got:

KOEO
29
34
66
95

KOER
41
33

I now know I need an EVP sensor, O2 Sensors, and the VSS upon further testing is fine but the wiring needs attention. Does this sound like it could be the answer to my problems? I cleaned MAF and IAC really well, reset computer and this did nothing. I am completely stuck, all help is hugely appreciated, thank you!

Cleaning the IAC doesn't always help. You may have to replace it.

Also, start w/the obvious, is the throttle closing all the way? Make sure it didn't get fugged up during the intake swap.
