Default exhaust.

would it be too loud to run my 94 5.0 with no mufflers and just the race cats? i mean, i have a diesel truck with no can and no muffler and its not to loud (inside), and i have a 1967 ford mustang with dual side exhaust with spintech mufflers (boxes with nuttin in them) and there both not to loud, would the 5.0 be deffening with jsut the cats?, i have shorty headers and an x pipe with race cats, and a cheasy ford racing cat back, i have some flowmaster 40's lyin around but i was wonderin how bad it would be to make it straight pipes.

No but it would sound much better with a good muffler, a deeper more powerful sound.

I would take the cats off if its not fuel injected and get some flow masters and turn downs . I fit is fuel injected jus tdump the flowmasters and turndown on after the cats
