95Mustang

I'm dropping in a 94 cobra 5.0 engine into a 95 v6 convertible. Does anyone know if the cooler at the oil filter is problematic? I just spent a lot of cash on the engine and don't want it to get screwed up with an oil and or water leak. I was at the ford dealer yesterday and the parts guy told me that this item was discontinued. Any info is appreciated!!

you don't need an oil cooler..if this an automactic car do use a trans cooler or use that oil cooler for it after you flush it out
