^^^Actually you moron he was speedeing trying to run me off the road, and when he was on my *** and i brake checked him a little (couldve done more by far) if he would have hit me or anyone else it would have been HIS fault, and i woulda sued HIM for crashing into MY car and damaging it. Ever heard of following to close? its against the law. and what if there was someone in front of me and i had to slam the brakes to stop? Of course it would have been his fault for rear ending me no matter why i have to hit the brakes. I have no simpathy for biatches like that whether they live or die. Its people like that that get people like me and other bike riders hit by people who want to take their grudge out on a biker cause they had a bad experience with a person like him. YOU my friend are a moron and to tell the truth i couldnt care less what your opinion is.[:-]
Actually, the difference would be be in the intent. If he just drove up on your butt and you had to hit the brakes to avoid a deer that would be one thing. Hitting the brakes with the intent to scare, intimidate or cause personal injury is a criminal offense. If he wrecked and died you would probably be looking at Vehicular Manslaughter at the very least. Possibly Vehiclular Homicide depending on the amount of witnesses and evidence. Trying to say there was something in the road (that no one else would have seen obviously) that made you brake quickly is not going to work either. Cops understand road rage and aren't as dumb as many people think. As I said before, they were idiots for doing what they were doing, but you were also just as much, if not more of an idiot for doing what you did. You are not justified in what you did. It's that simple.

Again I ask why not just crank up the tunes and and chill out rather than pulling the stunt you did? I'm guessing it's because you were inconvenienced and you just can't have that now can you?

Face it, you both acted like idiots. Try to learn from you mistakes rather than justify them.
