The pump shouldn't be causing any issues because excess fuel is returned to the fuel tank in our systems.

Have you pulled the codes?

It is possible that a sensor or wire was damged during the removal or installation of the new motor. The codes will help lead you in the right direction.

Something that is commonly overlooked is the ground for the O2's. There should be an orange wire coming out of the wiring harness near the salt and pepper shakers, then mounted to the firewall with the main eingine ground near the back of the block on the drivers side.

Let us know what you find.

+1
What do you mean by loading up? Does it burn your eys idle? What injectors do you have? Regardless, this is not abnormal. Do you have a wideband hooked up to verify A/F ratio idle?

did you use a connector or just twist the wires and tape them.... that may be the culprit. and your using stock 19# injectors, MAF and TB correct? did you clean the injectors before reinstalling them?

i used the connector it was just the part with the two tabs that broke off but i have stock 19lb injectors stock t/b & m/f i did notice that when i adjust the reg to 39psi and drive it for awhile then shut it off and turn it back on and drive it for a little bit it goes up to about 45-49, i dont know could it be that the pump is to big and the return line to small to the tank and it backing up?
