They dont look all that bad. The pics are kind of fuzzy so its hard to make out the terminals. But if there is built up slag or whatever on the terminals, you can just clean em up with some scotch-brite or 180 grit sandpaper. If youre having runability problems and it has to do with the ignition system, more than likly the ignition (spark plug) wires are bad. The wires are hardly ever replaced because theyre the most expensive part of a tuneup.

Can't hurt and cap/rotor aren't that expensive anyway.

I did mine when I did wires/coil/ignition box, just to be safe.

do plugs (motorcraft), wires (frpp), and cap/rotor (accel or msd) and you'll have a nice tune up also may want to clean the TB, MAF, IAC,etc. heres a link....http://www.muscularmustangs.com/maintain.php

You can get a MSD cap & rotor kit from autozone or some other parts store for like $20 bucks. I did that and put LX tailights in my GT within the first hour of owning it lol

It looks fine. Only when it looks like calcium deposits, then you could put on a new 1. As presviously mentioned though, you can whack it with an abrasive to get clean metal, but that will widen up your gap. This isn't a problem if you have an MSD.
