Idle at start is poor then corrects?

I start the car and it idles horribly...if I don't give it gas it stalls. I restart it and let it run and the rpms drop and raise to proper idle continuously for about 2 mins and then the idle is fine? Sensor? Which one? Too much fuel(has adj. fuel press. regulator)? Has B303 cam does that make it run poorly?

TPS .995-.999, new thermostat, clean intake and TB, airfilter, PCV. unplg MAF and see if it is no good, car will run without it.

How about the IAC I was told that could be it? How do I fix the TPS and set it properly?

need a volt meter and safety pins. put the safety pins tru the wires in the TPS (derectly on top of TB) do not tuch them together. tune the volt meter to DC and hook it up to the safety pins and get teh readung if it is not correct loosen teh screws and rotate it until it is in the range, Key on engie off. think the wires are BRNorORG/ GRN ijm carbed now so i dont have to F with that stuff no more.
