Default Installing a fan clutch?

How do I install one of these and is that my problem? I start the car and run it and the fan is damn loud, but I was told the fan clutch was replaced recently? Was it installed wrong or what? Is this hard to do and how long does it take? Thanks for your help.

15 mins with ratcheting wrenches and 30 mins with regular wrenchs, but is very easy, 4 bolts hold it on the water p[ump pully.

fan cluth is the shaft and crap on the fan. it ingages at a set temp and turns the fan 1to1 with the water pump a bad fan cluth will make your car run hot(not good). to test it get your vcar hot and if you can turn teh fan its bad, FAN = white thing with fan blades in front of the engine, will spin freely if car is not hot(warmed uped)

CAUTION: turn car off before attempting to turn fan by hand!!!!!!!!!!!
