RE: How To Install Headers?
im still running my BBK gaskets... the only problem ive had is the header bolts loosening up a small bit... actually, 2 of them fell right out.
definitly look into Stage 8 locking header bolts.

Are there any other gaskets besides the 2 header ones on a full exhaust for my 95GT?

RE: How To Install Headers?
no gasket for the headers to mid pipe, nor mid pipe to cat back...
and i got bbk equals and the gaskets are fine, but with all headers the bolts do loosen up due to the heat.
wobly sockets are good.

RE: How To Install Headers?
I put BBK equal legnth headers, a BBK high flow cat xpipe and Flowmaster catback on my 95 a couple of weekends ago. I had to remove the master cylinder, and the A/C bracket (I have big hands, you may be able to tighten the front bolt without removing the a/c bracket). In addition, I had to rig up a new pipe from my air pump diverter valve to the cats. I decided to replace my clutch at the same time and found it was much easier to install the rear bolt to the headers from underneath the car since the bell housing was already off. I strongly recommend STAGE 8 header bolts. If you use the regular bolts, they will loosen up and eventually leak (at least that has always been my luck). They are also much easier to tighten since you can use an allen wrench so you don't have to worry making 50 million micro turns with a wrench to get them tight. If you have never installed headers, don't expect to get it done in a couple of hours, it could easily take one or two days to get it right.
I'm using the stock gaskets that came with my BBKs and haven't had a problem. You do not need additional gaskets. I suggest you have your mufflers welded to your rear exhaust pipes after your sure you have them installed correctly (ie. they don't rub anywere and they look right. They are prone to leaking.
Hope that helps.
