Not to hijack, but kind of piggy back on yours: the car I bought has a powerdyne blower and the alternator was relocated to right below where the smog pump used to be(not a good place for an alternator in Hawaii where it rains and floods a lot!) if you delete the ac can the alternator be moved up to that spot?

just did a cam install, you might lose 5 lbs cause of the condenser in front of the rad. maybe 25 lbs total. but, hey, its 25 lbs, and your right, does make the engine bay alot cleaner, contemplated it myself. I just didnt hook up the hoses to the compresser and such so its an easy removal later. hehe.

Don't think just do haha. I got the FRPP assembly that relocates the P/S pump to where the A/C pump used to go. after being puzzled byt the crappy instructions for a bit i got it on there and i like it alot more than having an idler pulley sitting there, plus it cleans up the front of the engine bay a little bit, espicially when you do electric fans

i'll post up some pictures when i get home tomorrow. Like I said, you dont need anything special to do the removal, just a new belt and the proper tools.... no delete kits are needed.

Does anybody really use the air conditioning anyways. Except on those big dates with the pretty girl.
