help estimating hp/torque & 1/4 et
Hey everyone. I've always wondered about my old 87 gt I had when I was 17. Is there anyone out there that is pretty decent at estimating horsepower/torque and 1/4 mile times? It wasnt a super fast car compared to what is on this forum I'm sure but it was pretty bad as for a 17 year old to have.
1987 GT
b-303 cam
they were cast iron heads which I believe were stock, but were ported and milled down for more compression
k&n air filter with cold air induction kit
full length headers
off road h pipe with dynomax muffler system
3.73 gears
t-5 5speed out of a 92 mustang (I have no idea if the gear ratios were different for 92 and 87, I assume they were the same)
stock turbine wheels with 225's pirrelli hp tires
lowering springs which lowered the car 1.5" I believe.
I've just always wondered about the car since it was my first performance car and my friends and I had the greatest time with it. Just never new the power and ET's it had. Like I said not the fastest car but it was a hella lot of fun when I was 17. Thanks
