Default will it hurt?

will it HURT my car to go with the tfs1 cam stock with just exhaust? i have the money to get it right now and i was curious if it would make my car run sh*tty.... i know i want really gain any hp but im getting it in anticipation for my heads and intake soon

It won't hurt it, but it's not gonna give you any noticeable gains. If you are waiting for heads and intake, go for it though.

It will probably move your power band up in the rpm range a little bit. But thats about it.

But as long as your getting heads and stuff i dont see why it wouldnt work. BE carefull about the rpms you turn...i would imagine you'd float the valves in the low 5K range with that cam and those springs.

yea, while your running the stock heads, be carefull of the rpms your turn, because you WILL float the valves at about 5,000ish. I know this from a prior experience Good luck with the build though.

BTW...you find a way to hide it from your dad yet? Or does he not care anymore?
