Does it matter that the gauge of the wire is soo thick? I mean it wont be blowing fuses when it turns on right?
Should I route it to an external switch or to my key switch?

OK im preety much done, installtion was easy. Only problem I ran into was the fan being soo close to the Crank pulley, I wasnt able to use the brackets in the kit.
Just need to wire it up to 12 volt switched source in the car and it will be done, I tryed it out already and it work great.

Heres pics. For you stanglx

i like that fan thats the one i have, ilive in el paso and it works great. I KNOW el paso gets hotter than houston. I would check other things on your car before you start wanting to switch back to the loud a$$ clutch fan.

you might want to think about putting a relay in your switch circuit. Those fans draw alot of amps, and could possibly blow your switch, jmo
