BS I say get a Tweecer RT, much more tunable. You can probably look for around 5-20 rwhp with one.

Unless your car gets on a dyno, the tune is a general tune based on a variety of engine setups.

For example Venom may have dyno tuned a car with specific heads, cam and intake.
If your car is identical to their car, then the tune will be good.
If you have a different cam, the tune won't be so good.

A dyno tune would produce better results, but will run you probably 500-800.
Retunes in the future would be siginificantly less, but will still cost you.

The advantage of the personal tuners like the tweecer (mentioned above) or pms, you will be able to make all the changes yourself, free of charge.
The downside is that YOU have to learn how to tune.
No small task, but it is doable.

I went with the tweecer because I was having part throttle and idle issues with my cam'd 408w. I couldn't stand the thought of someone else getting tuning credit for an engine that I put together. And I generally don't trust anyone to work on my car any more (a couple good stories if I ever get in the mood to tell them).

do not buy a Venom 400, when the gas pedal is all the way down it does absolutely nothing.
