Default Tall valve covers. Do i need spacer ?

With tall valve covers, will i need an intake spacer ?

They won't work without it, that's for sure and they may not anyway unless you use a 1" spacer. Once you get a 1" in there, you'll have plenty of fun getting your CAI to line up. A little fabbin', bt you'll be fine.

Make sure you port match it while you're there! . Cheap easy HP
