Can anyone tell me how to breath the coolant system. My hose from the rad came off and i got coolant all over the motor, i went to a gass station and got some coolant. I put the coolant in while the car was running, but i know i need to breath the system. Right now there is coolant in the system. Will i need to drain the coolant first?

Just let the motor cool off and then pull the cap off. If its low add some and then start the car with it off and let it run a few minutes. If there is air in it it will purge out. Put the cap back on and your done. Just to be safe you mite check it again for the next couple of days just to be sure its good to go. Sometimes you cant get all the air out at once.
