Default Battery relocation...

Will I notice a difference if I was to relocate the battery? Any pros or cons to doing this?

I'm going to try and get the most out of my suspension before I go adding any more power and I'm sure that relocating the battery will help. Anyone else?

I really don't think it'll make that big of a difference unless you're trying to make this a serious race car. But like always, it can't hurt just to do it... and it makes your engine bay look really cool

Eh maybe I'll just wait on the relocation and do my drag shocks and struts next, then subframes...

I would go for it... are you buying a relocation kit or are you just doing it by yourself with help from the tech article in the stickies? If you have the money than go for it, it will help with weight distribution and help a little bit with traction. Also, like everyone else said it makes the bay look alot cleaner and gives you somewhere to mount your MSD box when you get one lol

When you move the battery to the hatch area you have to have a remote kill switch. That's if you want to run at a tight dragstrip. I'm getting ready to do the same thing.

You'll notice a difference when you throw it on the scales! other than that I don't think you're gonna notice too much
