Valve seal replacement need help please look

ok need to replace my valve seals anyone done em before?i need to know asap goin into the project this weekend

pretty easy need to have access to compressed air to keep the valve shut(so it doesnt fall in the the cylinder) do u have a good maunual? if not need to get one
