What is a good suspension 2 use on a 88 gt i need traction any info i appreciate

Control arms and slicks will net good traction gains. Your suspension is only as good as your tires.

I agree control arms and a good set of sticky tires. Depending on how big your bank account is I would throw in some weld in subframes, adjustable shocks and struts, stiffer springs, strut tower brace and some caster camber plates. You can get complete kits from Griggs, Steeda, and maximum motorsports to name a few. K-members, panhard rods, stabilizer bars the list goes on and on.
