I'm running the 3.90s on my AOD 'stang. They work great when I'm driving around in town and they do alright on the interstate. But I don't drive on the interstate too often so it's not that big of a problemo. I'd reccomend 'em.

Thanks for the input everyone. Next question..........has anyone put these gears in? If so, How long did it take and any special tools? I've been doing all the upgrades myself and only have a garage floor to work on. No lift. I think I'm going to go with the 4.10s Thanks
Installing gears is one of the most highly technical things that are done to our cars. Unless you know exactly what you're doing, it won't come out right and you will ruin your new gearset within a few miles of getting back on the road. Once they start making noise, it can only be corrected by installing new gears. I would HIGHLY recommend that you leave this job to a professional.
