the pump does come on when i hit the key and stays on for about a min. or so

 

if you can plug the return line to make sure you regulator isnt releasing the pressure try that, if you have pressure then replace the regulator.

ok where is the regulator and about how much are they.

 

Back right side of the fuel rail, around 75 bucks for a good one. Give or take depending on brand

 

regulator is on the passenger side of the fuel rail in the back. And a aftermarker adjustable one is about 100.

 

alright ill will try this tommorrow and get back with you guys on how it came out. hopefully this will solve my problem i havent drove the car in about six months now. starting to get the fever pretty bad lol tanks again. ill let u guys know...
