The cleveland will not be a bolt in like the winsor 351...if you want to do a lot of work, do the 351C, but I think you would do better with a 351W or just build up you 302 and be done with it.
well i wanna do what is cheaper but i keep comin to the same price, the 302 i want will have afr 165 heads and the cleve will be ported and polished and a cam
Unless you're getting a complete 351C long block w/ accessories and all, I wouldn't mess w/ it. Windsor motors have interchangeable parts and are cheaper to mod/easier to find parts for.....
