Default Torque specs

OK, who has a Chilton manual handy I'm doing my front suspension and changing tie rods and ball joints on my 89 5.0, who has the torque specs for the castle nuts on both of these. THANKS

Just crank them tight then put the cotter pin through. Torquing is not needed.

Thanks guys, I just wanted to be safe. Last thing I want to do is spend all that time and money only to wear out my ball joints prematurely because I didn't torque them down properly and there is play in there

You can't damage the joint from overtightening. If you look at the shafts of either part, you will see they are tapered. They will only seat so far in before stopping. That is so the stationary part can not come in contact w/ the moving part. But it never hurts to ask and don't ever be afraid to.
