Default Voltage Problem!

Can someone please help me with a voltage problem. My alternator is good, my battery is good...something in between is screwed. I had the alternator checked and they told me the alternator and votage regulator are fine, maybe it has something to do with the connection between the two. I did a quick check over the wiring and everything looks fine. Anyone have any ideas? It's almost like the car is still pulling from the battery when the car is on, bypassing the alternator.

I got nothing...please help.

A description of what it's doing would help.

When the car is running, the battery gauge is down and the battery light is on. It reads around 11 amps, I think...when it should be at 14-15. When I turn the lights on the gauge will drop more...just doesn't seem like the alternator will keep up, but it's been checked and is fine.

Default RE: Voltage Problem!

Turned out to be a Fusable Link located under my battery. I cut out the link and spliced the wire back together without one for now and it works fine. Saved myself $90...
