7up were are u goin to get the kb if u get it... and what kinda lower intake are u goin to run?? and do u need forged internals for like 6-8lbs??? i personally would go kb... and when i get hte money i think i mite.. .a friends keeps harasing me about it... i keep letting him when i get the money lol... my vote is kb... expecually if u dont have to forge or gettin naything specal for low psi.. you can get into the mid 300's with just a blower and the tune for it... and with a few bolts on probly closer to 400 and with a build stroked eninge probly like 500 and tons of torque the hole time.... you biggest problem after gettin a kb wouldnt been gettin mroe power... it would be hooking all that power lol

I would order from kennebell.net, running the GT40 lower intake is recomended, you don't have to have forged internals but they are preferred, 5.0's from 87-92 all came with forged internals, 93+ have hyper's, I would be ordering the TS1000-C for $3099, or +$650 for a polished unit. That is if I go with the KB...?[&:]

^^^Just to mention, the 86 GT's have forged internals too. I am wanting to go with the KB one day. Like somebody was saying above, it go grow with you if you decide to do a stroker or some type of built monster. I also am a sucker for the way they look sitting on top of the motor. Just gives me flashbacks to roots blowers coming through the hood. Yes I actually am a big fan of those. I would like nothing more than to prostreet one of my cars.
