Default replacing transmision

my transmission is on its last limb. i have an 88 ford ranger. 302/t5 out of a mustang.
im considering either rebuilding it or going new. also needs a new clutch, but are there any other parts i need to look in to replacing at this time? if yall have any ideas or recommendations they are greatly apprecitaed.

throw out bearing, pilot bearing, trans mount if needed, always resurface flywheel good time to think about aluminum driveshaft
