heads do alot for ya... they free up the flow... in and out... there crucial... our sock heads blow... id upgrade if i were you, i know i will be when the time comes... basically your heads cap off your cylinders... they can make a diff in compression, flow it, flow out...there imp... i think personally i would do heads then an intake... but idk which is better, really teh best bet is to do both those, and if you can a cam all at once...
