I've heard that you can use wax. Heat the bolt and drip wax on the back of the flange where the bolt comes through. The wax will work into it and free it up.

I haven't tried it, but a friend told me about it.

put two wrenches togther, then laying on your back step on it.

you can get a LOT of torque into it when you are using your whole leg to push with.
+100000000000000000000000000

specially whenever you are a fat *** like me, just put your body weight behind it.......

its called "ooofin" the bolt out.

just oof it out. :-)

12pt wrench + 4 foot metal pipe extension = piece of cake, unless you guys are scrawny [&:] and all I used was a jack and lifted the driver side rear tire

i can't beleive this.. i seriously have NEVER had this problem.. i have always used just a 12mm box end wrench.. and hit it with my hand once or twice.. and wham its loose..

as for this situation.. if the car is going to be on jackstands.. use a 12mm socket, and rachet.. then use a jack handle or pipe on the end of the rachet.. and wham it should come loose..

sean

p.s. good luck
