I was about to do something stupid...
I was actually considering driving my car to the garage where it's going to be stored for the Winter, LoL. Rather than just put a cover on it or rather than buy a crappy carport, I was going to store it in my parent's garage so that it's at least semi-climate controlled.
Problem is...the house is about 4 - 5 miles away.....and I have a blown head gasket on the driver's side. After thinking it over, I think it's best if I just call AAA and see if they can tow it there. I'll just give them some line about it being broken down and I need to get it home from a friend's house
But I was really about to actually try to do it because I figured I was replacing the entire top end anyway! The blowout isn't that bad, but I don't want to risk any serious engine damage. Damn I wish I had a garage!!!

I have a garage... but cant use it to store my car... I can work in it but not store it. Anyway, AAA usually dont ask questions about why you are towing it. Throw him 5-10 bucks and he will do anything you want lol

Yeah, I wised up quickly, LoL.
And don't be sorry...I'm not! I had to put her up for the winter soon anyway. And this is the PERFECT excuse to swap out my heads, cam, and intake manifolds. The top end is coming off to get to the head gasket anyway, might as well put a new top end on her

But if I cut back on the N2O, then I should be able to keep it under 500 RWHP so I imagine I'll be okay. I'm shooting for 425 or so off the bottle, maybe 450 - 475 with it.
