now my car will die.....and only start after sitting for about 5 hours then it will run for about a mile and die.....what in the world is goin on.....and when i took a spark plug wire off....and put it to a ground....i didnt see any spark......wouldent i see some blue streak at night? HELP!!

Dude, you asked this same exact question yesterday in this thread right here. And yesterday we told you what to check. Among those things you were told to check was something called the Ignition Control Module. If that's not working properly and fails, you are not going to get a spark and your car is going to die. We have no problem helping you, but if we tell you what to check and then you ignore it and ask the same question again the very next day... what exactly are you expecting for an answer?

i have replaced the ICM, distributor, battery, and engine ground....its not the ICM....i feel like its a short....and i need to know how to test for one and where to start..........but sorry damn

2 things thatll cause that, the disty mounted Ign. module, or a bad coil.

You replaced the ICM yesterday? If that's the case, then post a response to your original thread. If you start an entirely new thread asking the same exact question, you are gonig to wast your own time and waste people's time. Because if they didn't read the original thread, they are gonig to have no clue what you have and havent done already and they have no clue what people have already told you. Why start over at square one?

Have you tries pulling codes from the computer yet?

In his original thread he said he already replaced the coil. But as stated above...that's why it makes no sense to start an entirely new thread. People waste their time repeating things that have already been said / tried.
