Hose issue

My buddy has an 85 GT 5.0 carbed, looking for the heater hose from water pump to heater core. it's an odd ball piece and ford says it is obsolete, any idea's? thanks!

I bought the goodyear hi-miler kit 5001 i believe, had 2 of them lol, couldnt find it anywhere, dealer said it was obsolete also

If it's number 2, your supposed to cut from bulk and improvise.
