electric fan?

what size electric fan should I buy?are they easy to hook up?Im looking at a universal 15" electric fan, 3000cfm?is 3000cfm too much, too little or just right?it has an adjustable thermostat is this good?what do i need?help im lost

Summit Racing carries a Black Magic electric fan for 5.0 Mustangs that's supposed to be a bolt on and should support a high HP motor.
