Default 275 drag radial

Hey guys i have a little problem. I want to run 275 drag radials on my 92 mustang but i am affriad they will hit my quad shocks they already come close with 245s. i was thinking about converting my stang to 5 lug. Will that give me the offset i am looking for or should i just take my quad shocks out.

you should be alright..the only true reason that i have wheel spacers on is because of my car being lowered 2 inches and the tires going around hard turns would rub on the tail pipes but if you are not lowered you shouldnt run into any problems with a 5 lug con.

If you've got aftermarket control arms you don't need the quads, either way, I'd just take them out.

I've got the 5lug setup, and aftermarket lca's, and at first I flipped the quad shocks, but then I just removed them altogether, 275's hook nice!
