OK heres the deal, I have flowmaster 50 series mufflers with dumps,there ok in sound. I want that tougher sound like the original 40's(not deltaflow). what can I do to my mufflers now to make them sound a little better. somone told me to get a small drill bit, and drill a couple of holes in the back of the muffler to give it a more rougher sound. what should I do?i really dont want to spen 200$ bucks to get new mufflers. but I want a little better sound.

If you really want that original 40 series Flowmaster sound, go buy 2 original 40 series mufflers (sorry, that wasn't me being a smart a**). Don't put any kinda holes in the mufflers you have... go to summitracing, the 40 series flows run about $62 each. Heck of a deal if that's what you want. I'm a fan of the drone, I love my exhaust

yeah i love the drone too. flowmaster cat backs are with the delta flows so you would have to buy the mufflers seperatly. there not much and just use your exsisting flow tubes and your dumps.
