89 5.0 Mustang

I have heard that the LM 2's were a little bit more quiet, and they sound a little bit better, because they have a deeper sound. Is that true? I also want to know if i can still pass emissions with them on there. And one other thing, was the instal really dificult, or what should i look out for when i install them?

Install is preddy easy, the hardest part is cutting out the old exhaust, i just did it with a drill and cutting bit...
SLP systems are modualr so they come in peices with really strong clamps, very very high quality parts and steel... the install is relativly easy just follow the directions...
Yes you can still pass emmisions: mufflers have nothing to do with smog control...
As far as tools you need just a rachet set, a 1/2 or breaker bar is good for breaking the exhaust bolts loose(they will fight hard) also a can of pb blaster does wonders...
