ok well i just went and got some steering fluid and put it in the car is still making the noise just not as bad.... so power steering pump could be messed? and yah the heat sounds like its on and no it eventually blows hot air just not very strong current.... i'll for those wires tomorrow in daylight thanks.

it's a ford power steering pump..they pretty much all whine.
