Default Cam question

The 5.0 HO motors, did they come with a hydraulic roller camshaft? I guess what i am really asking is if i were to put in the E303 cam, do i have to change over my lifters or rockers for a roller set up or are they already roller rockers and lifters? thanks

H.O. 302's are roller LIFTER only. So there isnt anything youd need to change in order to upgrade to an E303. They DO NOT come with roller rockers, thats usually an aftermarket thing.
