- yes you can pick your car up tomorrow
well you said I could pick my car up 9 days ago and that never happened. why isnt my car finished
-because they are working on another car right now
what! why arent they working on MY car right now?!? dont you think my car should be first priority since you have been holding it on your lift for two weeks!
-well they had some kind of emergency and had to work on this one
so when can i pick up my car>
-tomorrow at 10:00.
is this gauranteed because you have been telling me i can pick it up now for over two weeks.. what makes this any different?
once again, why isnt my car done?
-the man said he already explained it to you why your car isnt ready.
yea no kidding, he was waiting on parts and he has had them since tuesday afternoon, why wasnt my car worked on then and finished up today? i want to speak to the mechanic!
-well he is busy right now
i dont care i want to speak to him.. NOW.
-well hes busy he will talk to you tomorrow.

and she hung up! i am soooooooooooooooooooooo f*cking pissed right now its ridiculous. we will see if i get my car tomorrow now [&:]

Jesus is this a reputable place? How'd you hear about them and I would NEVER go back for sure. I hope your install is right so you never have to deal w/ those ******** again!!!

Oh and if it hasn't even been touched, I'd pick it up and go elsewhere!!!

I would go over there and have them point to the problem that making them wait on parts...I would then call a tow and take it and don't pay for it..tell'em see ya in peoples court

dude, thats bs, i pmed you what to do. pay with a credit card, and then call and dispute the charge, forget that ****. make them pay now, cuz thats grade a bull ****, im serious, too. dispute that **** now. dont tell them about it, just go in, say heres my card, pay, get in car, do smokey burnout and leave lot. get home call credit card company. this is what any enraged stanger who has been f u cked over would do.

Well, in case anyone cares heres the latest.

I DID get my car back on that Friday. They said that it would be ready by 10:00 so I cruised by there around 9:30 on the way to the junkyard and it was sitting out front off of the lift. I waited for them to call me and they did around 10:30. I picked it up and the price was alot higher than it was supposed to be! They taxed the job which they werent supposed to, they added limited slip additive which they werent supposed to be because Im running RP and told them not to AND they charged my 50 F*CKING DOLLARS for the shims! So total came out to about $415.00 and was originally $325. Anyway, money is not the real issue even though thats bullsh*t. I got in the car and drove away, I was just happy as hell to get my car back. After about 20 minutes of driving it I realized that the gears are howling. Im not sure if they are howling bad or not because I have never heard another car howl so I cant say how bad it is but its definetly noticable if your sitting in the car looking for the sound. Now Im debating just dealing with it or taking it back to them. What should I do? Also, is it bad that they added more additive after already running RP? Thanks guys.

Nah I dont want to make a huge deal out of it... I just expect parts to be installed once and be correct the first time. Im sure they will look at it for free but they are going to want to charge me for new fluid n sh*t. Im going to call them in the morning tomorrow and see what they say, but I just dont want them to have my car for another freakin month doing this.

there should not be any charge for fluid....there should be no noises....also I would dispute the higher charges and I know in my state you can't tax labor. but first I would contact the BBB and file a complaint and also with your county/city who the company gets their business license from
