Default might have a 7.5

i might have a 7.5 rear soo what would be my best options for buildin a 8.8. I already bought the gears and posi rebuild but realized i might have a 7.5. What are my best options should i just gota a junkyard and get 1 or maybe order 1 pre built from some site...?

What's your plans for tha car and how much are you looking to spend? If it were me, I'd go w/ a 9" if the funds were available. Like I said though, depends on your plans for the car. An 8.8 may be fine for your application.

down the road i wanna run 10s... but i just got done buildin a 306. its got aluminum heads, cam, rockers, carb, and a decent intake. went 14.0s at 105. so im hopeing with 4.10s and some tires to go low 12s.... i have some funds but whatever is the cheapest/easiest way may be the best!

ford racing has a 8.8 with 3.55 or 3.73s for about 800 bucks new
