Default o/r pipes with emissions

I live in Ga where we have emissions, can I run an off road h or x pipe ona fox, and what is the difference with an aftermarket h or x pipe, more flow. Is there something that has to be done to make the o/r pipe legal to use on a vehicle with emissions?

you can run with offroad h or x but when its time for inspection and emission then you need to put them on to make the exhaust legal

ok i think there needs to be a sticky about this....

In the United States of America:
it is ILLEGAL(FELONY), in EVERY state, to use an off-road exhaust on PUBLIC roads.
Catalytic converters have been installed from the FACTORY since 1973 on all American made vehicles.
Any vehicle made after 1973 must have a Catalyst sticker under the hood to pass inspection, as well they must
also retain ALL stock catalytic converters. Alteration/removal of the cats is subject of a fine UP TO $10,000 PER CAT.

correct. O/R hpipes or xpipes are just replacement mid pipes without the cats.

If you have to pass emissions forget about an off road h-pipe. You can get a h/x pipe with high flow cats though

Are the o/r pipes with hi flow cats pricey, and are there certain brands I should look out for.
