no.. if you have an 87-95 engine then all of those great heads out there are pretty much just a bolt on.. untill you start getting into intake valves bigger then2.02"... it's just us lucky SOB's with the 86 motor that need to do the modifactaions.

So no problems finding heads for the 88? Kinda' wondering because that covers a lot of year models, and everyone on here is always buying heads. So I am thinking, they all just bought heads that will bend their valves.

true, but from a buildablity standpont, is easier to mod and make more power out of a maf car for a everyday driver then a sd car.

well not neccesarily. if you want to spend the money on upgrading mafs and getting expensive dyno tunes each time you mod the car then staying mass air is fine.

but if you like tunablity and more work for you money, u can t go wrong with yanking the stock computer and mass air, installing a MEGASQUIRT, endless tuning abilities. and u can do it for cheaper than it is to convert a non mass air car to a mass air car, and u could prolly take a mass air car and swithc to megasquirt for the same price as an expensive MAF meter

What version MS are you using? Do you have a wide-band? Batch or sequential fire?

megasquirt does not support sequntial fire, however you can fire in batch mode as either all 8 at once, or 2 banks of 4
