get as STS system. The turbos mount towards the rear of the car. Its not as an effecient system i have heard, but if oyu are bent on going turbo it may be a viable solution

The stock emissions stuff still wont work because it is not made for an intake with positive pressure. Though, you can make it look like they work.

Ok lets say i remove all the smog stuff and install the turbo. If I use rubbing alcohol do you think i would have a chance at passing emissions?
