Default dyno tune

What do y'all mean by you need to get the car dyno-tuned once a supercharger is installed? I mean yeah you check the a/f ratios, but doesnt the computer automatically correct those as long as you have the proper injectors and mass airflow sensor? What all do you exactly "tune"? Just curious about what yall meant by "tuning" it.
thanks

Once you install many aftermarket parts, the stock computor is usually no longer capable of adjusting for it. Therefore sometimes a chip has to be buned and installed to correct these perameters. It's then run on the dyno to make sure these new perameters work well w/ your combo. It's very important to do after spending all the money you've invested in your car. It's also needed to make the car run right as well.

^^ yep, they set the a/f ratio's, timing curve, and others to how the car performs on the dyno
