Default 82-89 conversion.

hey guys. i have a 1982 notch with a 5.0 carbed H.O. motor in it and didint really liked the way the car looked so i talked to my buddy and he has the complete interior, front bumper, hood, and tail lights off of an 89 mustang that i can use on the 82. i was wondering if i put the 89 dash and instrument cluster in it, will everything wire up the same or will i have to modify somethings?

Do the interior but leave the 4 eye nose and '82 taillights.
I love the '82 taillights and would like to put them on my '92 but its too much work.
