as long as they are 4 lug, yes, and why 18" tooo big, get 17", and i run 245/45/r17's on my 17's (obviously, duh) and they rub a tad in the front on hard corners. a 245.40/r18 is only.040" larger height that a 245/45/r17, i'd get a 245/35/r18 tire that's .930" shorter and will eliminate any rubbing. Out back go 275's and match the sidewall height to the front ... jmo good luck
