Default converting to MASS air

i got a A9P computer but my car is a manual trans and i know that the A9P is an ECU from a automatic car. will this still work in my car? and does anyone know how hard all this wiring is to figure out? i have the stock ecu out of my car already and i just need to know what needs to be done, i know how to wire in the air sensor to the computer but are there other wires and things that need to be conected or spliced in to this?
