bear in mind that the best flowing heads don't always make the most HP and Torque.
check out these real world dyno tested results from MM&FF magazine. all the heads were flowed on the same flowbench and then tested on the same engine on the dyno.

I would once again concur.
If the rest of the whole car's systems are not ready for extra power then it's all sort of a waste anyway.
Don't even really go by what dyno readings can be as they are very easy to show most anything you want to.
DYNO'S ARE NOT RACED, CAR'S ARE..........
Best dyno in the world is a legitmate drag strip either 1/8 or 1/4 mile....

so what cam should I get? I like that rough idle and the sound is nice too. What cam gives you the most bang for your buck?

I've heard the stock heads are crap to P&P because of the way they flow. Not sure if its true or not. Something to look into.
