autolite 24 I believe in a stock engine
after looking on autolites and napas site, i think they reccommend the autolite 25 gapped at .054. Is this right or are you supposed to gap the stock one down.

I misspoke earlier about the gap, you can go with the .054 or maybe even a little larger since you have the hotter coil that will fire the bigger gap to give a bigger spark for more complete combustion.

cool deal. the little computer at wally world says the gap should be set a .042!! interesting. i will go with the advise here cause the haynes manule call for .052 . the autolite 25's are set to .042 when you buy them too.
